LEADERSHIP RETREATS

It is easy to lead when the plan is working, the room agrees, and the stakes are low.

Pressure reveals something different: how your strengths behave when stress rises, which identity takes over, how clearly you communicate, and whether the people around you experience the leadership you intended to provide.

The leadership path begins within.

Before leaders can understand what their leadership creates in others, they must understand what is happening within themselves.

The Inside Arena explores the leader’s strengths, pressure responses, identity, communication, emotional attunement, and ability to adapt. The Outside Arena turns the focus toward the people being led: purpose, follower needs, sustainable performance, and whether people can tell the truth.

The full path moves from “Who am I as a leader?” to “What does my leadership produce in others?”

CliftonStrengths is the starting point.

We don’t teach leaders about strengths for two days. We use their strengths to teach them about themselves. The assessment names natural patterns and creates shared language. The experience then reveals how those patterns shape communication, decisions, relationships, pressure responses, adaptability, and the way other people experience the leader.

The Inside Arena and The Outside Arena form the complete four-day leadership path.

Retreat 1 establishes the leader’s strengths, pressure awareness, identity, communication, attunement, and adaptability. Retreat 2 turns that understanding outward toward purpose, follower needs, sustainable performance, and a climate where people can tell the truth.

The two retreats are scheduled six to twelve months apart so leaders can apply what they discovered before returning to deepen the work.
